Refund policy

If you're completely unsatisfied with your product, we will happily offer a refund or exchange. Please note that exchanges will require you to pay for your own shipping.

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our bar soaps.
